Mental Health for Life-the Meaning of Life and Death

By accurately interpreting your own dreams, you can prevent depression, schizophrenia, psychosis, hysteria, neurosis and suicidal tendencies or you can be cured if you already suffer from these mental diseases, which also have psychical and emotional manifestations.

An average person sees around 5 dreams per night even if he or she does not remember them. If you start paying attention to your dreams and especially if you start writing them down, you'll see how much you will learn about yourself and about your world.

You'll learn how to control your behaviour and always be balanced and calm, have peace of mind and happiness, in addition to helping this crazy world become humane and logical with your example of wisdom and your positive work.

Your success won't only be based on material acquisitions but you'll live a happy life of love and peace.

Until today, nobody could garantee your psychological health and tell you how to preserve your mental sanity for life, but the wise unconscious that creates your dreams is a special doctor who shows you all you need to learn and everything you have to do in order to develop all your capacities and become a genius.

Your happiness will be based on wisdom. Wisdom is goodness and sensitivity first of all, because without them there is no peace and we have no hope of salvation from despair.

Your mental health will be based on the development of your emotions, so that you are not a rational monster, or a mediocre thinker who cannot see the obvious.

Our mental health is not right. I mean the structure of our mind, the way it rests in the hands of the human culture on earth. We all, on earth, are success-oriented people.

We value success more than we value life. So, we are always in a hurry to be successful - more and more and more! This mental hurry turns our life into a mental race.

Our mind always keeps running - here, there, everywhere! We never sit in peace - not for a single second! When mind is in a hurry, what does the body do? It, too, never sits in peace. This not only affects our mental health, but our body health as well.

Body shrinks itself and keeps its muscles contracted perennially, which ultimately turns into our body habit - the way our body becomes habituated of keeping itself.
